McCayleigh Daniels is a romantasy author and storyteller best known for weaving lush worlds, ancient magic, and emotionally charged character arcs. Her debut novel, Isle of Beasts and Shadows, launched The Forgotten Isle Saga—a sweeping fantasy filled with dark mythology, morally gray love interests, and heroines who fight destiny tooth-and-claw. Her prequel novella, Isle of Lies and Legends, dives deeper into the forgotten gods and doomed lovers who shaped her world centuries before the events of book one.
A lifelong lover of folklore and myth—especially its darker corners—McCayleigh blends beauty and brutality, romantic wonder and haunting mystery, crafting stories where fate is messy, love is dangerous, and power always comes with a price.
Alongside her work as an author, she is also an experienced audiobook narrator and voice actor, bringing characters to life with over a decade of performance training and industry experience, including acting with Nikki Pederson Talent Network. Her voice has been featured in multiple audiobooks, fiction podcasts, and commercial projects.
McCayleigh is also the co-host of the weekly bookish podcast Two Chicks and a Plot Twist, where she and fellow book lover Haley dive into trending books, interview writers, and chat all things romantasy and publishing.
